President
The President is the chief executive officer of the Association of Young Children, Europe (AYCE). Key responsibilities include:
Leading board meetings and general assemblies.
Setting meeting agendas and ensuring efficient operations.
Representing AYCE at official events.
Overseeing the execution of board decisions and organizational policies.
Serving as a liaison between the board and external stakeholders.
Vice-President
The Vice-President supports the President in all duties and assumes responsibility in their absence. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in strategic planning and decision-making.
Leading special projects and initiatives.
Serving on various committees to provide representation and input.
Tracking and reporting progress on initiatives to the board.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for managing the financial operations of AYCE, ensuring proper budgeting and fund allocation to support the organization’s activities.
